The 1984 Operator of the Year is Charles "Chuck" Moulton

Chuck became an operator on September 13, 1950. During the past 33 and a half years, Chuck has earned a 21-year safe driving award, in addition to many commendations. These commendations cite Chuck's courteous and helpful manner, especially toward children and handicapped riders. These commendations describe an excellent operator. All of Metro appreciates his outstanding performance.
