Stuck in the Craw

I love to talk. The unfortunate
have shared an elevator or bus
with me. But relax, drift off,
my ramblings mix with your dreams,
cooking up a smooth sleep soup
and I promise not to add a pinch
of cayenne to stick in your craw.
