New World for Eriko
Living here now I catch the bus
in Tokyo it's the subway
Here I order pizza pie and calzoni
there, I serve white rice and sashimi
Living here now there's range to roam
In Tokyo, a room eleven by eleven feet is home
In Seattle I marry, lay away kimono. Study commercial art
Living here now, I'm American in mind. Japanese in heart
Jo J. Adamson "followed her bliss" and it led her to Seattle. Seattle has given her a home for her plays and short stories. She welcomes the opportunity to capture more moments for the Poetry Bus Project.
