Emerald Downs Service
Metro Transit no longer provides service to or from Emerald Downs. Metro does provide regularly scheduled service to the Auburn commuter rail station, where race fans can transfer to the private shuttle operated by Emerald Downs.
Use Metro's online Trip Planner by clicking on Auburn Station P-R - this link will autofill the destination point as "Auburn Station P-R" in the Trip Planner. Following the tips provided, enter your point of origin and the time you would like to leave or arrive, and the Trip Planner will generate your itinerary.
Note: the Trip Planner does not provide details about regular service that is rerouted. Check for reroutes by looking for the Rider Alert button on the Metro Online timetable page for the route.
- At the Auburn Station P&R, Bay 6, board the free shuttle bus provided by Emerald Downs.
- Pay a regular Metro fare on all regularly scheduled Metro service.
