NOTE: On Monday, July 6, most Metro & King County offices are closed for the sixth of ten scheduled 2009 cost-saving furlough days. Metro operates regular weekday bus service, the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel will be open only until 7:00 PM due to Link light rail testing and regular fares apply. Transit and other commuter services

Friday, July 3:

  • Metro Transit operates Sunday schedules. If a route does not normally run on Sunday, there will be no service.
  • The downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel is open.
  • The King County Water Taxi operates a Saturday schedule.
  • The Water Taxi Neighborhood Shuttles operate their regular Saturday schedules. See DART Route 773 and DART Route 775
  • Boeing Custom Bus Route 952 is cancelled.
  • The South Lake Union Streetcar [external link] operates its regular Friday schedule.
  • The Access Transportation call center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Access operates a Sunday schedule and service areas (the expanded Transit Now service areas will not be in effect). Except for dialysis and life-sustaining medical trips, all subscription service is cancelled. If you still need your subscription ride for July 3, contact the call center at 206-205-5000 (TTY users call 206-749-4286 or 711) by 5 p.m. July 2.
