Did you know that Metro offers you the ability to plan your trip, by locating your route, schedule, or bus stop and to track your bus online? Tracker provides real-time bus information for a specific time or geographic area. Both Tracker applications use information from Metro's Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) system.
Location View shows real-time bus departure predictions at specific times and locations along a bus route.
Map View shows real-time locations of Metro buses currently in service. You can also set an alert to notify you when it's time to leave to catch your bus.
Unexpected Reroutes: Buses may be rerouted unexpectedly due to weather, traffic, road or other conditions beyond Metro's control. Such service exceptions may cause inaccurate Tracker results. The Location View may display "no information," and both the map and location views may provide information that has not been updated.
Sign up for Transit Alerts or visit Metro's Alert Center for known reroutes or service disruption information.
“Reduced Weekday” Bus Service: Metro may operate reduced service during holiday periods or at other times. Tracker may not accurately reflect actual schedules during those holidays or UW breaks when Metro operates reduced
service. Check a timetable or visit Metro’s Holiday page for complete information about times when Metro expects to operate reduced service.
