Metro's Customer Information Phone System
Metro's Customer Information Office is open weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is open on Friday, Dec 24 and Friday, Dec 31 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and closed on December 25 and January 1 and other major holidays.

After dialing Metro's Customer Information system (206-553-3000) you will hear a 30-60 second message that provides answers to commonly asked questions. Listening to this message may keep you from waiting in the queue.
At any time you may press 'Zero' ('0') to transfer to the Customer Information call center; however, if the queue is full (during Customer Information's regular hours of operation), callers who press '0' will hear a busy signal and will have to re-dial.
If you press '0' at a time when Rider Information is closed, you will hear a message that states "Customer Information is currently closed." Please call back during regular operating hours or visit Metro Online's home page to find out about bus service.
