These Sound Transit Express routes operate a weekday schedule on the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, Nov. 28; the day after Christmas, Friday, Dec. 26; and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 19, 2009.

These Sound Transit routes will operate a Sunday schedule on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27; Christmas Day, Thursday, Dec. 25; and New Year's Day, Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009.

Route 510 to Everett will have four new afternoon peak-period trips.

Southbound Route 522 to downtown Seattle will have three new trips leaving the U of W/Cascadia Community College campus in Bothell at 5:56, 6:49 and 7:59 am. These added trips will improve connections in Lake City for passengers wanting to transfer to Route 41 to Northgate. Northbound Route 522 to Woodinville will have three new weekday trips leaving 6th Ave S & S Atlantic St at 4:01, 5:25 and 6:08 pm.

Route 532 to Everett will have one new afternoon peak-period trip.

Route 540 will now operate on 15th Ave NE in both directions between NE Campus Parkway and NE 45th St in the U-District. Route 540 to the U-District will serve bus stops northbound on 15th Ave NE at NE 40 St, NE 41st St and NE 43rd St. Route 540 to Kirkland will serve bus stops southbound on 15th Ave NE at NE 43rd St, NE Campus Pkwy and NE 40th St. Route 540 will no longer serve the bus stop westbound on NE Campus Pkwy just east of 12th Ave NE (Bay4) or eastbound on NE Campus Pkwy just west of University Way NE. Also, some westbound Route 540 trips leaving the Kirkland Transit Center will have schedule adjustments.

On weekdays, ST Route 554 will operate every 15 minutes during midday between the Eastgate P&R and downtown Seattle. Westbound Route 554 will have nine new trips and eastbound Route 554 will have seven new trips. Schedule adjustments will be made to six existing eastbound Route 554 trips leaving 4th Ave & Lenora St from 2 to 4 pm. In downtown Issaquah, westbound Route 554 trips to downtown Seattle will serve the bus stop westbound on E Sunset Way at 1st Ave NE.

Route 556 will operate via 15th Ave NE in both directions between NE Campus Pkwy and NE 50th St in the U-District. Route 556 to the U-District will serve bus stops northbound on 15th Ave NE at NE 40th St, NE 41st St, NE 43rd St, NE 45th St and westbound on NE 50th St just west of University Way NE. Route 556 to Issaquah will serve the bus stop eastbound on NE 50th St just east of University Way NE and bus stops southbound on 15th Ave NE at NE 45th St, NE 43rd St, NE Campus Pkwy and NE 40th St. Westbound Route 556 trips to the U-District will no longer serve the bus stop northbound on Brooklyn Ave NE just north of NE Campus Pkwy at Bay 3, or the stops northbound on 11th Ave NE at NE 43rd St and NE 45th St. Eastbound Route 556 trips to Issaquah will no longer serve the stops southbound on Roosevelt Way NE at NE 45th St and NE 43rd St or the stop eastbound on NE Campus Pkwy just west of University Way NE. Route 556 will also have minor schedule adjustments.

Southbound Route 574 to Lakewood will have a new trip leaving Sea-Tac Airport at 1:39 pm. The existing Route 574 trip leaving Sea-Tac Airport at 1:50 pm will leave at 1:49 pm.

Northbound Route 577 to downtown Seattle will have two new morning peak-period trips added and one new southbound trip to Federal Way during the afternoon peak period. Other adjustments will be made to morning and afternoon schedules.

Southbound Route 586 to Tacoma will serve the bus stop southbound on 15th Ave NE just south of NE 40th St in the U-District.

Route 591 between downtown Seattle and downtown Tacoma will be discontinued. Replacement service will be provided by Route 590 with additional trips in both directions.
