Overview
This Special Rider Alert summarizes service revisions that begin February 14. These changes include a long-term Route 4 service revision which will terminate at 21st Ave & E James St beginning in early April, and schedule adjustments for Metro routes 7, 193, 212, 255, 303, 312 and Sound Transit Route 522. Please read the highlights listed for a summary of all changes, and refer to your route's new green timetable for more details.

In an effort to expand alternative transit service on the Eastside and to help mitigate Route 208 service reductions and the deletion of routes 209 and 215 last fall, Metro has contracted with Hopelink to operate a new shuttle service in the Snoqualmie Valley.
You can plan your trips online as early as February 4 with Metro's Trip Planner. Remember to enter a travel date of February 14 or later to plan trips that reflect Metro's new service changes.
Beginning Sunday, March 1, fares will increase in all current Metro bus fare categories (adults, youth, seniors and people with disabilities) for all regularly scheduled transit services and Access paratransit service.
Our Customer Information offices will be changing their hours of operation starting February 14.
