Route 44 stop-spacing project
Metro is planning to reduce the number of closely spaced bus stops along Route 44. This change will help buses move faster and keep to a more reliable schedule, and reduce Metro’s operating and maintenance costs.

Eastern end of Route 30 must change on nights, weekends
On evenings after about 6:30 p.m., and all day on weekends, Route 30 currently ends at Magnuson Park and turns around inside the park. The City of Seattle has asked Metro to stop bringing the bus into the park, so we need to choose an alternate route in the area. We’ve identified two possible alternatives and are seeking public comments through May 6, 2011.
