Public Involvement

As it prepared this set of bus service changes, Metro held four open houses, two each in Redmond and in Bellevue, to provide information, answer questions, and collect public feedback. We also collected feedback through online questionnaires and two phone lines (Spanish and English).

Metro formed a community sounding board in August 2010 to provide advice about public outreach and about which changes to bus service would be best for local communities.

The sounding board met four times in fall 2010 and reconvened in January February and March 2011 for an additional four meetings.
