Transit and other commuter services
- Some Metro Transit service operates on a reduced weekday schedule, and some routes are canceled; check your route's timetable for details.
- Due to the University of Washington not being in session, designated trips will not operate. Read the timetable symbols at the end of the weekday timetable to determine which trips will not operate.
- Boeing Custom Bus Route 952 operates its regular weekday schedule.
- School Custom Bus Routes and designated school trips on other routes are cancelled.
- The Access Transportation call center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Access will operate a Sunday schedule and service areas (the expanded Transit Now service areas will not be in effect). Except for dialysis and life-sustaining medical trips, all subscription service is cancelled. If you still need your subscription ride for Veterans Day, contact the call center at 206-205-5000 (TTY users call 206-749-4286 or 711) by 5 p.m. November 10th.
- Ridesharing is another travel option to consider. www.RideshareOnline.com is a free online self-serve ridematching service that -- in a matter of minutes, day or night -- helps you find others who want to carpool or vanpool and have a similar commute
On days that Metro operates its reduced weekday schedule, Metro Online's Custom Print Timetable feature is disabled. Please refer to the regular weekday timetable for your bus route and note the trips marked with an "H" or read the Special Service information.
You can also use the Trip Planner's Point to Point Schedules feature to get a list of times for your bus at your specific stop going to a second location. The Trip Planner is adjusted to offer only the routes and trips that are actually available on a reduced weekday.

- Customer Information Office. Use the online Trip Planner. The office will repoen Thursday at 5:00 AM.
- Lost-and-Found Office in the King Street Center, Seattle.
- Metro’s Customer Service Offices in the King Street Center, on the Mezzanine Level of the Westlake Station in the Tunnel, and at the Transportation Connection; all in Seattle.
- Metro's Accessible Services Office in the Exchange Building is closed
- Metro's Administrative offices in the King Street Center are closed.
