Metro VanShare Program
...connect with the train, ferry or bus
The vanshare group splits the monthly cost of $185.00. The fee fare includes:
- fuel
- insurance
- vehicle maintenance
- 24 hr. roadside assistance
- reserved parking for the van at the commuter station or terminal
- up to six emergency rides home per year (taxi reimbursement)

To start your own vanshare group you will need:
- a total of at least five participants including a minimum of two drivers
- a vehicle maintenance contact person
- a designated person to be the group's bookkeeper
All group members must print, read and complete a Metro Commuter Van Program Application & Agreement with Terms & Conditions (revised 12-2011).
