Metro VanShare Program
...connect with the train, ferry or bus

The vanshare group splits the monthly cost of $175.00. The fee fare includes:

  • fuel
  • insurance
  • vehicle maintenance
  • 24 hr. roadside assistance
  • reserved parking for the van at the commuter station or terminal
  • up to six emergency rides home per year (taxi reimbursement)

To start your own vanshare group you will need:

  • a minimum of two drivers
  • vehicle maintenance
  • a designated person to be the group's bookkeeper
  • vehicle maintenance
  • a total of five participants.
