DART Route 927

Route 927 offers you two transportation options, fixed and (limited) variable routing.

The cost for this service is the same as a one-zone fare on a Metro bus. Ask the driver for a transfer to use on any of Metro's regular bus routes.

Scheduled Service/Fixed Routing

Route 927 provides service at Metro bus stops along the route (see map). For scheduled trips, reservations are not needed. For connecting service from Issaquah to North Bend, Eastgate or downtown Seattle look at Route 209, Route 210 or Route 214. For connecting service to Bellevue and the University District look at Route 271 or Route 272.

Reservations/Variable Routing

Reservations must be made at least two hours in advance and you may make reservations for 30 days at a time up to 30 days in advance. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Estimated pick-up and drop-off times will be provided at the time you call. Please be waiting at the curbside at the given pick-up time.

DART service is provided in the Issaquah and Lake Sammamish Plateau areas (see map) during the following hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Sundays and Holidays: no service

Reservations can be made by calling toll-free 1-866-261-DART(3278) (voice), or 1-800-246-1646 (TTY) during the following hours; leave a message all other times:

  • Monday through Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Sundays: 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

You can also make your reservation online directly through Hopelink's web site [external link]. Hopelink operates DART under a contract with King County Metro Transit.

A limited number of off-route deviations, only, can be made on any given trip. Route 927 vans can deviate from their fixed routes to serve other locations within the service area, but they can not necessarily provide door-to-door service due to safety and other operational considerations (narrow streets, cul-de-sacs, etc.). You may be requested to board/deboard at a location a block or more from your home or destination.

Estimated pick-up and drop-off times will be provided at the time you call. Please be waiting at the curbside at the given pick-up time.

Route 927 service is operated by an independent company under contract with Metro. Vehicles are marked with Metro insignia including route and destination signs for easy identification.
