Calling Out Stops

All of Metro Transit's 2,500 drivers received training about the importance of calling out stops. Drivers will be reminded that Metro's policy is to announce major intersections, destination points, transfer points with other fixed routes, and at customer request.

So drivers will know which stops should be announced, Metro Transit has prepared a stop announcement card at the transit base where the route begins.
