Pass orders received after the 10th of the month and all Ticketbook orders are processed and mailed (via the United States Postal Service) within 3 business days from the date of receipt. You can order your passes earlier in the month, and your order will be mailed on or about the 10th - if you pay by credit card, your account will not be charged until your order is filled. We must receive your pass order by the 22nd of the month to ensure delivery by the first of the following month.
