This is a direct measure of customer service provided. Data from the Rider Information System (RIS), which tracks responses to customer inquiries received via telephone calls to Metro's Customer Information Office or Bus-Time, Metro Online visits and Online Trip Planner sessions. Two new categories of customer contacts - GovDelivery and Eye on Your Metro Commute - were added to the Calls Answered/Email/In Person category in 4th quarter 2009
