I live in Greenwood and work at a music venue downtown. I take the#5 bus. I got on the bus around 6:15pm heading to work and the driver was so enthusiastic and sweet about her work. Cut to 11:30pm, bussing home, and it's the same lady with the same smile and positive outlook.March 8, 2014, Route 5, bus #2787, Southbound from Greenwood to downtown and back
I am a nurse at Harborview and was getting off a 12-hour shift. It was pouring rain. The bus was crowded, yet the mood was chipper. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with how this driver treated all passengers with RESPECT and CARING and still had COMMAND of the bus!!March 5, 2014, Route 3 or 4, bus #4181, downtown to Capital Hill
